Recovery Day

Easy day on the trainer.
Pyramids:

(4'+3'+2'+1)x4 at 18mph; 20mph; 22mph; 24mph. The first one went so well, I increased the second by 2mph. HR climbed too high for today's goals. Easy spin for 10', then 2 more sets followed by 10' easy spin.

Today's goal = active recovery HR 120-130bpm. Varying low intensity efforts just to keep from getting bored and change tempo. I estimate cadence 4' @80 rpm +3' @90rpm + 2' @100rpm + 1' @110rpm "light and lively"
