Trainer Time


What a crappy day. I would not have ridden outside today even if I had the time.
Spent an hour on the trainer 2X10'(20"on/20" off). Felt tired and sluggish. Cadence suffered. Body started swinging side to side on second set - loss of form.
I'll have time to rest later on in the week.
Friday's drive to Walla Walla will be a rest day.

At this point, the work for Walla Walla is done. All the additional work you do this week can help you just sharpen up a bit, but a load of big intensity or volume will just make you tired. Focus on higher RPM work with less load rather than long LT efforts.
