High Rock road

4.11 miles, 1,035 ft, 21.5 minutes. Thirty seconds faster than last time, yet 2 min off a decent time. Between mile 2 and mile 3 I was lagging. The grade peaks at 10% here and I lost focus - where is the finish again? I need to work on driving harder during this point next time. I will reset timer and follow along to keep track of mileage and time to stay focused. Today, I just kept the odometer and timer running all day and analysed lap 2 when I got back.
Still snow on the sides of the road during the last mile. I would like to ride this with a lighter bike at some point.
