Another ride up High rock road. It takes about 45min from the house to get to the base with some decent sprinter hills on the way. Lots of time out of the saddle today, working between power poles or mail boxes. I tried to be consistent during the 4 mile climb.
Cadence is still low. I felt like I had no real punch in the legs today. Weather conditions were decent. No rain, still I chickened out and rode the rain bike.
